You can use 1 bottle to clean the whole car for at least 2-3 times. No need to buy a separate bottle. You can dilute the car wash into water and wash the whole car.

theoretical ok, but apply specefic agent to specefic parts
provide better effect,e.g. car wash & wax to paint, glass
cleaner to glass, wheel cleaner to wheel, leather protectant to leather, tire foam to tire.....
