咁樣唔係幾好。最理想係早午晚餐比例為4:3:3,晚餐盡量七點前食。如果skip咗,咁樣午餐同第二日早餐相隔太耐,一來會減慢新陳代謝,二來下一餐容易食過量,三來會令下一餐更吸收。

dont skip any meal~
u can have some veg and meat instead rice .
if u feel hungry before sleep,u can hv egg white and grapefruit!

Yes, don't skip dinner ar.
You can consider have boiled vegetables if you feel hungry, otherwise, 竽絲 is good choice.

I think u got a wrong concept~
Dont just focus on "calories"
U should focus on "what time what food"
rice is carbo food,carbohydrate will change to energy once we input,support daily rotation.
but,if at nite ,we dont need carbo cos we will rest soon.cardo will store in our body ...if we dont use them,then they will store and change to fat.
so,u can have rice at day time but not at nite

Connie,
Better not to escape from the rice ar. I learnt from an article that rice can help to reduce cholesterol in somehow. If you really don't want to take a whole bowl just take 1/2 bowl at dinner time. The most important is to have less oil, more vegetable, less deep fried food in your meals. Dinner is a must, just finish it earlier, say 7:00pm.
Besides, not to take a TOO big breakfast, e.g. 餐旦公仔麵, my friends and I always get fat after taking such kind of breakfast. Just take bread/toast/milk, even oatmeal would be good.
In your case, healthy meals and daily exercise, e.g. sit up, 呼拉圈should work best. Don't give up.
