I lived in 俊文苑 when i was small, I love that place very much, each block is not too crowded and the flat layout is very practical. Of course, the apperance is not as good as 欣圖軒, but for me, i will choose 俊文苑.
I would suggest you to find the block in the middle one (should be Block L), it should be the most quiet block.

欣圖軒 - new but layout not good, over 600' only
have 2 rooms
俊文苑 - too old but some layout is better than 欣圖軒, will have maintenance work very soon.
