yes ah..i have twins and i am too worry if i spend most of the time BF the babies as i heard babies need to be feeded every three hours and it take half an hour to BF one...so most of the time i will be doing the BF, then i have no time to rest. Pump...it's a good idea...do you have any idea which brand is good ah? also, what is football hold??

若要同時餵兩個bb, 就要一左一右的, 用枕頭墊高bb 來餵! 我以前同時餵兩個 (一個大寶, 一個小寶) 就是用這方法!
也有聽過餵twins 時, 會輪流一個direct feed, 另一個就pump 出來用杯/spoon餵(可由工人/爸爸代勞)，那麼媽媽便沒那麼辛苦。
