今年9月尾我在金鐘西武的"Rabeanco"Shop購買了一個紫色手袋,價值1260 , 有15% discount,折後1071。用了兩三次後發現手袋中間有退色的現象,由購買當日起只有十天,只好取回手袋到店舖,要求解釋及退換。但店舖的女售貨員回應他們的手袋是沒有問題,堅持不能退換,由於我還持有單據,而且只是用了數次,經一番爭論後,售貨員說要致電Customer Service Centre確應事件,唯當天是中秋節,Customer Service Centre已提早關門,這名女售貨員說要到下星期再能跟進。無奈只有等啦!幾天後他們致電給我,要求帶回這手袋,他們要送回公司做QC,才作出回應。於是只好退回這手袋讓她們作檢查。再等了個多星期,西武"Rabeanco"Shop的一名男售貨員致電給我,說他們不能更換手袋,因為他們確應了他們的皮質是沒有問題,問題可能是我放了一些硬物在袋內。真是十分氣憤,我根本沒有放置什麼硬物,這名售貨員回應說可能是本人的電話之類,這話更加是無稽可笑,如果這是有可能的話那麼他們應早點提醒顧客。最後我只好致電他們的Customer Service Centre投訴,但最後結果仍是一樣。本人十分不滿這公司的處理手法,根本沒有理會顧客的感受,堅持他們的產品沒有問題,不段問及放置什麼在袋內,是否曾經在下雨天使用,真是十分離譜。估不到買了千元的手袋,卻一點保証也沒有!而且他們的態度也是令人十分不滿。我亦試過致電及傳真投訴信給他們在荔枝角的總公司,但沒有人回覆我。
I am sorry to hear your experience. I have a similar experience before. I bought a bag at Rabeanco offical shop @ CWB & a leather cleaning cream to meet a purchase over $1000 for a VIP membership. That nite, I used their leather cream to polish my new bag and bad thing happened... the color of the leather got fade!!! luckily it's only a small area about a $5 dollor size.
Then I brought the bag to the shop for an exchange or money back. They refused and asked me to leave the bag for the staff to check. After a week, they replied similar answer as u, and told me that i misuse the cleansing agent. SHIT!!! I yelled that the cleansing cream is from their shop, and it's absolutely due to the product defect or quality. They ended up agree to repair a new leather for me & waived the repair fee ~$100.
After the case, I feel definitely disappointed about their service level. :tongue: And no longer buy their bags @ officical stores. Whenever I like a Rabeanco bag style, I will go to some boutique to get a bigger discount rate!!! Same bag with lower price, and no need to suffer from their bad service
Too bad to hear you have the same experience like me. I have just got the reply from HKCC, but the worst thing is, they didn't do anything, just attached a letter from "Rabeanco Shop", I saw the person who wrote this letter, who was the one I called in last Oct, she explained the same thing that I have heard in last Oct. They are still not accepted their products have defect, continuing saying is my problem and misuse.
