I plan to go to Samui with my 3 and half yrs old son in coming Oct or Nov. Please advise :

2. Any good resort near downtown
3. Eating places
4. Sight-seeing
5. Car rental & your driving experience in Samui
6. Any Big C supermarket in Samui

I think eating in Thai is better than in KK. I went to Phuket 2 years ago. I enjoyed eating & shopping very much. Of course, I did not bring my kid to Phuket la..... :lol:
I don't worry about bomb attack. If there is really a bomb attack, I think it would be happened in Bangkok la.....
It seems that Samui is a very attractive place to go. Samui......I am coming....
