Base on her previous working history and contact her old employer. And I will point to my requirement to choose. If she comes we have the communication problem (if the
maid is Indonesia) I will get help to agent. At the last if the problem serioua I will send them to my friend house to
train. She help me to train her face to face.
I don't want make the unhappy time from the maid start work in my house. And I haven't 死咁多細胞.Also I give myself for half year. If she didn't make improve, I will fry her. At least she already refund all the loan to agent. Not so
pity.
