已經38週了, 睡覺時我的盆骨(pat pat內的骨)和大脾骨好痛. <br />
晚晚痛醒十幾次, 有時痛到用唔到力起身, 好辛苦. <br />
<br />
另外，手指骨也痛到不能彎曲. 醫生話係因為水腫而壓住了神經線.<br />
隻腳又腫到好似象腳一樣, 腳眼位和膝蓋都 ...

我通常會慢慢即將手指屈下屈下咁, 舒緩一下.<br />
另外, 沖下涷水都有點幫助的.<br />
