鎖埋個雪櫃呀？

我媽既做法係：數左有幾多隻，之後用中國數目字（即係大寫），寫返入面有幾多隻...　佢話等個工人唔知你寫乜，唔敢囉黎食喎...

Agree. I think they will not be so daring to eat if you specially told them not to eat it.

If you really doubt, suggest that you seal the cover with a label on which you write your signature. (but I haven't tried this) It may be silly but I really couldn't think of other ways.

is she good or not? if she is ok then don't worry too much ab stealing yr food! trust them first, when she really touch yr bird nest then u can tell her u r the one to let me apply strict regulations on u!

你果d整好佐未先,如果未整既咪寫低有幾多或重,如果整好佐,叫佢唔好掂,不過都好難,佢會偷食d後再加D水入去(我就試過比工人偷食)

份樽蓋&身中間貼張你簽左名既"lable", 如果一開個蓋張label會"爛", 咁你咪check倒佢有冇開過law....你每次用完(i mean食完)一次咪貼一張新既law..睇下得唔得

我媽不嬲都煮到好濃... 加左水實知，食時先畢開黎加野...（全屋人口味都唔同）

又或者夜晚煲，一早食...

I don't think so, I sure that, She already know it only for her mum. but she know it good for body. She will stealing the bird nest when you outside for work. I had the same experience, 這是誠信問題,不在於她是好或不好.她們非常醒.有D野,阿mum無拎出尼大家食就會明白只有太太可以食,如果比工人食就會今日食燕窩,聽日食花膠,後日食鮑魚.盡量一次過食完就算.無為自己反工又要擔心工人偷貴價野食.

D冬菇係印尼同菲律賓賣好貴,我個前菲菲經常偷起一D,我家D冬菇食得好快,有工人就唔好買埋咁多D貴價食物,費事引佢地犯罪啦

My maid is so clever (of course pretend to be stupid), she knows bird nest is very expensive and when mom finishes boiling and put in the bottle, she volunteered to help. My mom let her help just putting in the bottle. But when she put them in the bottle, my mom noticed that she put a few spoon into her own cup!!! And my mom pretend not to know that because my mom does not know how to react at that time.

If you were me, will you reveal this and talk to the maid? or just fire her after finding a new one?

For 花膠 and 鮑魚, to prevent them from eating, for uncooked one, I put in my mom's place, for cooked one, we tell her that it is boiled together with pork. She is indo maid, so she will not eat them.

i think you mislead sth, and that's a quite serious to us (dh employer)...

even she is muslim, it doesn't mean she doesn't eat pork!! about 50% of indo maid which our family hired, they eat pork when you don't see them...

the most frequent act is: my mum bought pork ear in soya sauce for dad, she brought it into the refigerator... in the next morning, half box of pig ear were gone!!! of course the maid denied, but then mum saw she ate pork when she was cooking...

as you didn't ask her when you just know the matter, you shouldn't bring it out again, or your maid would think you are 計較... next time 捉佢正一正, and ask her paid for it!!:lol :lol
