My baby only poo poo every 3 to 4 days. The poo poo is very sticky, and he has to push very hard to poo.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did u try diluted fruit juice? In facts the best is water, but if he doesn't like then you can try some fruit juice. Moreover, 開奶茶for清熱also ok!

He is weaning, so his daily diet includes a few spoonfuls of organic brown rice cereal (Healthy Times) and half a bottle of apple or pear puree.

He drinks lots of water too. From 30ml to 90ml between meals.

I am thinking of giving him a few spoonful of fresh prune
puree this weekend, but I'm not sure if a baby this small
can have prunes.

Could he be "Hot Air"?

開奶茶ok架, 我囡4個幾月時比佢飲過, 但係一包分2次煲lor,
你試下淨係比啤梨汁比bb飲, 因為0702果邊有bb食左apple有便秘喎, 我唔知apple juice有無問題

我都係由5個月開始比開奶茶亞女飲，一星期一次飲3餐，佢都鐘意飲。

另外，亞女上次屙粒粒，醫生都話可以比d prune juice佢飲，不過，佢就唔肯飲

Did your doctor recommend fresh prune juice or Sunraysia?

Where can I buy 開奶茶?

I bought the Heinz prune juice and the doctor said it's ok.

You can get 開奶茶 from pharmacy that sells chinese medicine．．Got mine @ 南北行　$8 per packet
