I follow more of western saying with a little chinese saying....
100% agree with other mama that it's very depends on your baby and your condition lar. For me, i'm very lucky that my boy and me do not have any allergy.

Milktea =0.5 cup .....mt was a must in my breakfeast and i like it very much...., just i take 0.5 cup milktea everyday.
McDonalds...in average once a week.
Peanuts...once a week in soup (it's good for milk production based on chinese saying)
Beef....once a week (it's a excellent source of iron based on western's saying)
I'll eat 刺生, 生蠔 at the shop i trust. Seafood are always my farvorite.
But i will avoid having cold drink especially in the morning (chinese saying, and I don't feel comfortable with cold drink)
Last time, I've eaten some spicy noodles, haha..my milk got little bit spicy ar..... my bb tasted out! hahaha
my husband and I tried then....spicy! haha....so better not to eat la...
