Just wondering if any of you or somebody u know had
experience filing an auto insurance claim as a visitor
while staying in US??
The other party's auto insurance company has finally
sent the claim form for my dad to claim for his body
injuries involved in the accident couple months back.
However, on the first page of the form, it asked for
my dad's social security number. Since he's not a US
citizen or permanent resident, he doesn't have an SSN.
So I have a question in my mind, is the auto insurance
company still liable for his medical bills as he's
only a visitor in here??
