I don't know about that school too. Is it a public school? If public school, u need to live around that area to get in. If private school, u can get in easy cos of u pay money .
About rental house, u also can go to www.domain.com.au. If u first time to rent house, it's little bit hard cos they need references about yr rental house history.
About jobs, sorry I can't help u too, cos I'm full time mum for take care two kids. It's bit hard for Asian to get job here (just my opinion). But if u have good English, and jobs is on demand, then fine. But after tax, it's peanut. The higher tax u have to pay it over 40%. Normally, people has to pay 30% approx.
