By the way, if yr helper is very good, I prefer to hire a person not a company. Tks!:-|
You fill in the form on their website listing all your requirements and someone will call you thereafter. The working hours and pay are agreed between you and the helper. 家務通 will be out of the picture unless you have complaints and want to change the helper.
My helper only works on the HK island side. I use her once a week for 2 hours each time.
