我04年去過,非常正....係我最愛既旅遊國家. 我當時跟團(因為懶)

,但係都好正. 但係真係要鐘意大自然風景既人先啱去,否則就會覺得悶同冇嘢玩. 12月應該係好正,我當年係一月中去,正值夏天. 日照時間好長,去到南島既時候,到晚上十點先開始收熱頭. 所以真係玩到好夜,到天黑返到去原來己經差唔多凌晨. 若果你帶小朋友去,跟團都係會方便啲,因為一抽二lung又要搵地方同趕車會好辛苦. 希望你旅途愉快.

好多謝你的回覆呀! 我同老公就係鍾意大自然風景同清新空氣, 所以考慮新西蘭!! 我想問你跟團有無趕鴨仔既感覺呀? 你個時跟邊間呀?

我自己就唔覺得會趕鴨仔,有一日半仲係自由時間. 我覺得每個行程都夠時間玩. 不過跟團就難免會帶你去買下嘢. 我記得當時就去參觀一個鹿場,其實係想你買鹿制品(鹿茸,鹿角). 不過都係一,兩個鐘時間. 同埋雖然係夏天去,但係我都有著羽絨(可能係我自己怕凍)

. 所以你都一定要準備好足夠衣物. 我當年跟x安,都算安排得幾好. 我同老公都玩得好開心. 但係宜家的紐紙勁貴,所以都幾禾味,不過亦冇乜特別嘢要買. 最洗得多錢就係跟當地local tour去milford sound. 我哋本來打算坐直升機,因為天氣麻麻唔肯飛,所以就冇機會坐,但係就慳返啲錢,因為都真係好好好貴.

I've been there 5 years ago. with my husband only, no kids at that time.
I drive myself, both North and Sorth island.
I like it v. much, I'm sure u will like it if u like hiking and sight-seeing.
Did u ever drive by yourself in foregin country? I myself like to drive rather following the tour. If with a 3 year old kids, sometime it's hard to follow the tight schedule of HK tour....
But remind u, each scenic spot is v. far away, somtimes u may need to drive few hours in between.

I went there around Christmas time nearly ten years ago with my husband. Although North Island was warm or hot, South Island was a bit cool at that time. We stayed around two weeks time by self driving.

It was not quite difficult to find the motels with good facilities. At that momemt, the charge for motel was around HK$300 to HK$400. Normally, we bought what we needed from supermarket and put in an ice pack. Then we could cook in the motel e.g. steak. If we were in a hurry, we could stop our car anywhere and took our packed lunch (normally sandwich). If you stopped by some large town e.g. Aukland overnight, we of course tried the value for money buffet or good food there.

It was nice to see the lakes, glacier, snow mountain, hot spring, dolphins and gannets etc. and I enjoyed the pick-our-own fruit e.g. cherry. I also tried the farm stay but the one I selected was not so good. The motel in Rotorua that we stayed also had a private hot spring at the backyard for each room. I think you will find the above interesting.

I plan to go to NZ again when my kid becomes bigger. Of course I will go again by self driving.

One of the most impressive scenic spot of NZ is a place called Moeraki Boulders. It's not a famous place (at least not appear in the Chinese NZ travel infromation booklets), just a small paragraph in Let's Go. I drived there just by insident, but the place is really amazing and interesting. There are many many huge (really huge!) round rock on the beach. It's not artificial, but is resulted from nature process. I spended a hour there, it's really amazing!!!
