看了幾次趙長城醫生，都係番發...有冇方法幫下我bb呢? 我有朋友介紹我睇皮膚科, 大家有咩意見呢?

我用過的方法有:
- 金銀花沖涼
- 愛麗她
- aquaeous cream
- e生類固醇cream
- 米水開奶

我問過醫生．．佢話由初生到bb６個月大都會出下．．唔出．．跟住又有咁．．

我之前用清水．．依家試緊用aquaeous cream

Your method i use before, but no big different.
If want to improve the situation of 濕疹, must be start from daily skin care...

1) Winter time so dry, use humidifier especially sleeping time

2) Summer time, keep indoor temperature cool enough for kids (around 23 - 24 degree)

3) Use QV wash to take a bath all the year. In winter time or the baby skin is so dry, after wash don't dry the body, apply baby oil in wet condition and then use water to rinse only (or tea flower seed oil is better - non fragrant), after that use dry towel to absorb the water. Immediately put QV lotion for the whole body & face ( the absortion of the lotion will better when skin is still moisture) , if some of the part is very dry apply vaseline additionally, if have tiny wound apply "Ngor Law Lap Ying", if serious 濕疹 apply " Egocort cream 1% 類固醇ointment. 1% ointment don't continously use more than 3 days. After 3 days, stop to apply. If still have serious 濕疹, after serveral days, can apply again or better consult the doctor.

If your kids not a baby, i find a bathing jel in japan is very good for dry skin & 濕疹. Last time i go to osaka i buy serveral bottle 1000ml each. cost around HK200. After bath, very soft and smooth.

4) Must keep the above routine bathing tips every day. Don't use hot water to bath, use warm water in bathtub or shower.

5) Frenquently check the skin of baby, if dry on specific areas, apply vaseline again

6) Don't eat too much high potient foods.

bb的濕疹是否紅色一大片(奶疹)還是好似油脂粒有白點? 我bb兩者都有. doctor 話bb係敏感 (因為我同老公都係敏感人士), 提議我轉奶粉 (由s26 to nestle). 依家轉緊. 亦有藥高, 係 eloment cream (15g), 用一次已經好 (有時會番發, 但一用又好番), 但不能長期使用, 有類固醇, 可試下.

我醫生都有叫我轉能恩，食左2日，可能味道唔同之前，有時會唔太肯食，加上大大好臭....
