10月10日炒佢, you have to fax a letter to Immigration Department with your maid's ID card no., passport no., your contract no., her name, etc. to inform them that your contract with your maid has been terminated on 10/10.
Then you are not responsible for her any more after 10/10 because your contract has been terminated. There is no more contract between you and your maid. So, you do not need to pay her money to stay at boarding house for the 14 days. Wherever she stay or whatever she do, it is her own business. Your agent will take care of that.
You MUST inform your agent. My agent even help me to send the fax to immigration dept. immediately and give me a breakdown of what I should pay my maid back on the date of termination.
