I booked travel package from a local agent, they require me to either do bank transfer or PayPal but the latter is a credit card payment, therefore there\'s an extra charge. so I want to explore the cheapest way to do overseas transfer.

bank transfer might be more expensive...if u use fubon platinum credit card, register this mth as 8 times points for jpy n krw transactions. then use fubon for online credit card payment.
