oversea indo. 6yrs exp in hk( 4 +2), saying that because get married, so back to indo., now want to work in hk again, without child.
Will u consider her? Will she be 古惑?

Besides, there is a maid with 3 yrs experience in Singapore, no exp in HK, compare with this 6 exp in HK, which one will u choose?

It's so easy to make a false ref. letter. Cannot contact ex-employer = no reference.

If only these two, I prefer Singapore one.

I have been working in the personnel field for over 20 years and I believe that the kind of interviewing skill I had would help me in selecting the right candidate (not just domestic helper) for myself and the organization I worked for.
If I would be able to interview the candidate(face to face), I could decide whether a ref. letter / conversation with her previous employer is required.
That's also the reason why I would only employ local Bunbun and not from overseas.
