Suggestions:
As the Ocean Park is a place where the whole family to go and enjoy, I would like to suggest the Park to set-up nursing rooms for mothers who want to breast feed their babies.
As far as I know, another amusement park in Hong Kong, Disneyland, have a very good nursing room where parents can change diapers for their babies in a comfort environment (not in the toilet), and mothers can breast feed their babies.
I am sure that if there are nice nursing/baby rooms in the Park, most parents would appreciate and welcome the idea, and would consider to go to the park with their babies/toddlers, and even buy the annual pass.
