I tried to eat something healthy during lunch time like sandwhiches, rice, noodles. I love korean, indian & malaysian food but I tried to stay away from it.
in the morning, I drink milo, holick or milk + 黑豆粉. after lunch time, I'll drink papaya juice or soya bean milk 1 hour before pumping. I can only pump once in the office. so I tend to drink lots of fluids(not water) which can give me more engery. I can pump around 7-8 oz each time at the office.
