我個賓賓話想08年3月放大假同埋佢家姐&妹妹返去菲律賓同佢爸爸慶祝生日, 佢早幾日話我知...佢竟然想諗住放3個星期...

我今年1月生完阿b...剛剛9月先轉新工, 下年年頭無可能亦都唔想放咁多AL, 但阿賓請咁耐假, 阿b無人睇住bor!!! 但我個賓賓07年5月先入職, 佢就算預支都係應該放2個星期姐...咁我點同佢計數好? 可唔可以唔比佢放咁耐? 我覺得我max只可接受一個星期....

另外想問, 阿賓d AL係要我地同意先可以放, 定係佢自己定? 因為入職後佢先話要08年3月放, 我話一個星期左右就ok, 但佢而家去成個月, 我覺得無可能囉! 到時阿b先得1歲多d...邊個幫我睇住佢先!?

不如你問下個agent 可唔可以reject佢呀, 我覺得你可以同佢傾, 你擔心既野, 同佢傾下話太多la....放唔到俾佢最多可以一個星期姐因為你本身都拿唔到kum多假黎頂佢........

I asked my maid to take 2 week holiday after she worked for 14 months because I planned a trip at that time.
If I were u, i would maximum give her 2 week holiday, if she want 1 week more, then it's no pay leave la.....
Anyway, if just for celebrate birthday, I think 1 week is OK la, if you are really not available at that period, then she must follow your instructions.

How's her performance, good or ..../? How many years does she been in Hong Kong? How many contracts finished ? How old is her father ? Is it a BIG BIRTHDAY for her father this year since everyone have birthday every year.

From 05/07 to 05/08 COMPLETE ONE YEAR CONTRACT, 7 days annual leave only, no annual leave in advance takewhich accordingly by the Labour Ordinance expect terminated contract then will be calculated on pro-rated basis.

If she still insists to take the 3 weeks leaves, i will peacefully to tell her like that :

1) You need her because the two babies here and that's
why you employed her, how about one week is O.K?2) According to the labour law, no advance annual leave
allowed, then you will deduct her salary
3) You WILL NOT PROVIDE the round ticket because it's
from her own request to return home, ( DO NOT
SOFT HEART )
4) no advance salary, travel allowance and no borrow
money;(STAND HARD )

And, you have to ask she write a resignation letter to you if she is no show or return to H.K. ? (must be by her own hand writing and signed as per the Employment contract)

On the other hand, Even though I don't know the culture of Phillip. what is or whether have BIG BIRTHDAY there,( how can we know) but what I think is she must be know what is her father's BIG BIRTHDAY YEAR before she come here but not now.

I will find another maid for replacing her, the reason is you cannot sure will she come back or not ! OR you may arrange the departure date in the middle of month and hold the salary of that month for the one month in lieu of notice for yourself if she has not come back.(MUST BE STAND HARD ALSO )

first of all don't bother what's the reason that she wants
to go bk, no need to find out it's true or not. I think most
important is how long she has been working for u, her
performance n if it's easy for u to get leave
during her holiday. frankly speaking i do not recommend
anyone to grant them advance leave/pay/ticket etc.
remember we don't need to give them b4 contract finish, we must protect ourselves first!

到08年3月佢未做夠一年, 無annual leave可以放, 只可以放no paid leave. 幾時放假, 放幾耐係要雙方同意. 如果佢一定要放3個星期, 咪叫佢比封辭職信你囉.
