咁有一日有個地產經紀同一個買家到我屋企買樓,因為間屋係我同我老公聯名,但係佢又要返工,我就同個經紀講話想第二日先簽,但係個經紀話:唔怕啦,你可以先代簽,等你老公返黎加簽,你知啦,人地可能好快改變主意,同埋佢會即時開cheque比埋個細訂,之後我就返去簽,仲收埋個細訂,跟住數小時後,個agent打比我話客而家唔要,但係只係會比返$2000蚊當賠償(個訂係$30000)因為得我一個簽名,但係我係簽名時個agent係我個名上寫左"For & on Behalf of"呢句野,我想問下有冇人試過呢?我有冇得追呢?,張票我已經入左但係退左,我可以做d咩呢?,ths~~~
I think the contract is valid as you sign on your behalf of your husband. You can tell the agent that the cheque will be bank in and ask him to request the purchaser to deposit money. Should he refuse to do so, you said you will pass to solicitor to handle.

你簽o個份應該係臨時合約,大部份都接受for and on behalf 咁去簽,通常去到正式合約先要formal authorisation。似乎係個買家有心找藉口撻訂。否則除非你老公出o黎話唔承認呢個交易,一般都唔會有問題。
