Dear

My baby already 8 months. He don't like to drink the milk everyday. He really cry very much. I try to use the spoon to feed him. He eat ceral rice with milk three times a day. Everytime about 4 ouces. If I give him more than 4 ouces. He will throw up. I try to put the baby food into the baby rice. I give him 3 or 4 ouce milk when he feel hurgry. What can I do????:-(

your baby 8 month eat baby food only really hungry again, you know milk same water, baby food just liquid, how can him with 食飽, you can cook some 粥仔 to him eat la.. you go to buy some 瘦肉切片 and that 紅蘿蔔切細細粒 togther with ric cook, I think 30 mins d粥仔可以煲到似糊 ok la, you try. but first time give him eat little bite.

How many oz milk & food feed to baby

Could you tell me how many times and you feed it to your baby at eight months. How many oz milk. The doctor told me. I need to feed it to my baby 16-18oz milk everythday. If cereal mixed with milk better 3 times a day. But my baby, he can not take 16-18oz milk everyday. Now he only 16 ponds. Is it under weight? When I give it to my baby more than 4 oz milk each times, he will be cry or throw it up. So I want to try 16-18oz each day. If he can eat more, I will be try 1 or 2 times give it to my baby cereal mixed or baby food. I will try to cook soft rice with carrot and meat to him.

dont worry, I think give time your son ... 16 bls really under weight..?-( your son teeth come out? also teeth come out not eat milk to much, too 痛！

go to any mom lives in US forum, let us help you out there.. ok?
my son is 9months old, and we got all new borns there whom live in New York as well.
Come to our forum.. let us fix the daily routine and diet for your son!
Just want to tell you, as you did not tell us your child birth rate and height, plus, we have no information about your husband and your body shape. If we just base on the info which you told us. that is not acquate at all.
As the info you told me, you child growth ratio is below 5%.
Come to Any mom lives in USA now forum. let us help you. I am a licensed registered nurse and a child care worker.. see you there.
about the diet of your child.. we need a talk.

carrot, 紅蘿蔔唔可以日日食架, 會中毒.. 胡蘿蔔素even令BB皮膚轉橙色, 係傷肝同胆.. 千其唔好咁教第一任媽媽..
carrot 只可以1星期食1-2餐架咋.

Now he better than before.

Dear Nillie_Mami:

My baby born's weight was 8 Lbs 10oz, Length was 20 1/4 inches. He's one week to 9 months. He only drinks
milk when he is tired or very very hungry.
Everyday I feed him in the morning around 7/8
o'clock and I usually give him 5 oz. After that I will bring him to my baby sit about 10:30. Then She feeds him 4 onces cereal mixed with half box of baby food. At 1:00 she will feed my baby 6ozes milk. At 3:00 o'clock she will give
him 6 oz milk when he is still asleep. If he is awake, He will not drink the bottle. she will give him some cereal mixed with baby food. At 6:00 o'clock. she will feed him cereal mixed with baby food. He's doing fine and he is drinking more milk now because he moved a lot and he is easy to
get hungry. He didn't like drinking milk at all in the past. In the morning, I sometimes feed him. Sometimes I can't.
Baby sitter usually feed him at 10:30 /3:00 sometime milk /sometimes with baby food. 6:00 with cereal mixed
with some baby food. Sometimes she feed him with3onzes of milk at 1pm. (I used to feed him in the morning and at night with 3 or 4 onzes each meal.) Now, since I think it is not enough, I try to give him more and now he can drink 6 onzes in the morning and in the evening.

Irene,
Did your pedi raise a concern ?
Your infant's body weight is really at the bottom line.. if he is born with 8 lbs 10oz, he is complete under weight. Beside to give solid food for your son. You need to understand that... Formula is his regular food. And solid food before 1 years old is just "supplementary".
As your son is complete underweight, your baby sitter should consider to feed him more formula than solid food which is easier for him to digest.
In your case, I would even suggest you if you can prompt 1 more night feed for your son to help him gain some more weight.
Otherwise, you should ask your pedi, to write you a referral for dietition consultation.
