Pls help. I will need to arrange a telephone interview with a bun in Philipine tomorrow lunch. She didn't work in overseas before. Pls advise the useful and important questions I should ask. In my case, i need her to take care of 1.5 year baby as we couple work full-time with no elderly at home.
I have already paid the agency fee and hence I need to confirm the maid over phone tomorrow.
