My agent told me that for indonesian helper, they are honest but difficult to train. If you have used Filippino before, you can't tolerate indonesian. He said one Filippino in 10000 is good, no borrowing money, no cheating. But they are highly educated and clever. They learnt the technique in a faster way. But they will turn bad in a short time like 5-6 yrs as their parents or husbands may ask them for more money than they earn, so they will borrow money from financial companies (more than 65% of Filippino Helpers in HK) But for indonesian helpers, they learnt slowly but honest. Less than 10 % of indonesian helper will borrow money from companies. If the employer starts using indonesian helper at the 1st time, they can tolerate and the helper is good after 1-2 year training but not for the 1st few months like "bun bun" This is what my agent said.?-(
