should be OK,
cause my son is now 16months,
he hd been coughing 2 weeks ago,
i brought him to a 中醫,
the Dr. told me its fine to feed him 川貝燉雪梨,
& the Dr. said its also fine to feed the baby
during winter even he's not coughing,
as it can 潤肺, but just once a week, cause its a bit 寒~
