深海魚同越大條既魚都唔好食~~因為佢地吸收左既水銀同重金屬會比一般魚多~~
我都好like食三文魚生架~~!其實三文魚有奧米加3~~有益既~~我諗唔好食過量同埋乾淨既都應唔擔心~~!我陀bb到而家12w都間中有食一兩件~~!
