Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical supports to Sales Department:
    • Quotation preparation
    • Update spreadsheet & invoicing
    • Filing & client list maintenance
    • Handle products delivery matters
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties and assignments
  • Internal communications with customer service team
  • Training will be provided
  • This is a 5.5-day position

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Working experience preferred, fresh graduate will also consider
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, well verse in Excel & Word; Chinese word processing
  • Proactive and willing to take up responsibilities
  • Speak/write/read Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) & English
