本來11月中約滿的，但唔記得Cut，大鑊要收$339；:-( 今日咪Call佢地問點解，他說要交11月16日至12月31日的數，因方便佢地1號截數；宜家我話Cancel，就話要交埋1月1日果次$；理應要用到2月頭；吹漲！！嘔血！！又話如果今日Cancel計，由收信日起14日內自己交番部機，否則罰$1400蚊:tongue: ，咁$$就交到2月頭，用就用到12月尾，我話叫<掃把>來投訴，竟然話:隨便啦，可以打去客户服務中心。

之所以我上台時都問佢取直線電話

同set 定手機和 pda 到期時 2個月就開始做嘢

Too Late

But too late la. I have argued with that man this morning in the phone. He said he didn't find my record. And then I said if need to pay ,, your company will be the frst one to transfer the fee. , if anyone to cancel the line.. MUST be use over 30 mins for waiting . I HATE I_CABXX

The most

point is they never feel regret for their mistake.

They stop the service to me suddenly without any notice ?-( . Then I call the hotline to check, the CS say someone request to stop the service ?-( ?-( ?-( on behalf of me. I ask him who stop on behalf of me, but he cannot answer me after almost 10 mins checking (I hold the line also for 10 mins)

Finally, he recollect the service to me again within 3 hours, but without any regret.

It is really a weird service that provided by such a big company.
