If you read advisting about properties, they always say :

Immd buy, Immd Earn ? why agent don't buy first !

Low water, must buy ? -- ditto ---

interest rate low, price increase soon ? why not buy starting time on End 2004 only 2.5% mortage rate ? Why now ?

Yesterday, agent told me. Now the price so high, nobody interesting to FOLLOW properties PRICE was up. Because, fm March until to now rise at least 20%...

Agent said that Now buying price maybe Top price.

我今日都買左樓, 現在要急放自已層樓,

一個月内 2佰餘萬的樓, 居然升左 40-50 萬, 我初時都吾信, 但心儀單位的業主都封曬盤, 或者開天价, 咁我真係想換樓, 無奈接受, 希望沒有做錯决定啦.:cry:

我都看好樓价會升, 因為要租樓很貴, 比供樓還要厲害, 時勢廹人買樓,

We heard somebody only looking the price up, I only remind everybody carefully the games easy lost.

And we got the news fm our side country busniess starting slow, order less than past years. Bank loans already tight, so, only reminder....

I also do not want to see the properties Drop a lots.
