By the way, I would like to highlight that this maid has been working for me for 2 years. Before that, she worked in France as a nanny also. She can speak and write fluent English and fairly French and Cantonese. She is smart, obedient, good in looking, single, quiet and have a kind-heart.
I cannot renew the contract with her because I can only grant her 2 fridays off per month. Other rest days will be paid since she need to serve my family of 13 persons in a 3-storey house.
But now she requests for all Sundays and statutory holidays as well. To her, it appears reasonable. To me, I cannot afford for such request.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, HER NATIONALITY IS INDIAN. BUT SHE HAD NO BODY SMELL, WHITE IN SKIN COLOUR AND LOOK LIKE A CHINESE AND WESTERN MIX. HER RACE IS IN FACT SIKKIM, WHICH IS A SMALL COUNTRY NEAR INDIA.
