I have a daughter of 3 years old so I am very worried. Her perfornance is not good too as always on the phone & very lazy even though after lecture her many times.
Pls tell me if I could give her warning letter & ask her to go after 3 letters without giving her one month notice payment?

If you are a Christian, then definitely it's unaceptable from t eh religion's point of view.
But if you're non-christian, you may have to judge if she's a maniac or not from her daily behaviour. I've heard from other moms that they do have lesbians as their maid but some of them can do well with their job, and have loving heart for kids as well.
As for performance and warning letter, unless it's a serious misconduct in quesiton, otherwise, you will still need to pay one month salary in lieu, or to give one month notice of termination. It's unfair to us but still we need to follow ruleof the game.
Thank you for your advise! I am really very confused & headache as I need someone to look after my girl. I got these run-away maid problems 2 times (Financial problem) in 3 months! Now this one is lazy & not performing well.
I am not againist Lesbians. But as I have a daugher I am not comfortable to have this lesbina indo in my house.
my previous maid was also a lesiban... she was dirty, lazy and cunning but she treated my girl well, at least in front of us. Therefore, we kept her for 2 yrs. After my new maid came, i found that i was too stupid to bear her.
We found out many bad things after she left, incluing 4 level VCD...
Fm my point of view, fire her if she did not perform well after several and several coaching. They would not change but just pretended to be improved.
My 印印 is not TB but for sure she is lesbian. I want to change to new maid behind her back. But if I go through the same agent, my maid will sure know it. Any good agents or maid (philipino) to recommand?
