This is very strange to me as you talked to me you're pregnant but still not got doctor cetificate on hand and
now advised also needed to take one week sick leave without any notice. No alternative acknowledge your message and
rejected your requested but will report to our H & R department on coming Monday and let you know
if there is any news received from them.

Yr boss can't reject your leave application. You have dr. cert and sick leave cert. That's enough! Take rest, don't put these minor matter in your mind. Just relax!
