According to newspaper, it pays at least $2,000 less for 25 yrs 70% montgage of HK$3.0M flat, from ~12,XXX to ~10,0XX per mnth.

次按令美歐經濟好大鍋, 外資正走資救國, 資金自由行既香港係不久既幾個月后(o運前), 資產價格極大可能出現調整.

Low interest is good for buy properties, incase USA credit wars nothing problem.

Next bubble credit worries will be HK again.

Sell the properties now, hold cash urgently.

US will get back their money asap.
