Before I signed the contract with my maid, I said she must use my phone card and no. Then I can control how much she talked and warned her by printing the incoming/outgoing record from the vendor.
I fired my last maid because she was talking too much. I took her to the agent and presented them the hard copy of the mins/SMS record. No need to give 1 mth compensation because I had warned her a month ago.
