Parc Royale in Tai Wai (close to Union Hospital) have only 3 flats in each floor, car parks at bottom, 22 floors in each block (can only regard as "medium rise' compare to new high rise residential buildings of average 40-50 floors). It's 12 years old. Does that fulfill your requirement?

If not, you better look at other remote areas of New Territories such as Tai Po, Sheng Shui, etc. which might have low rise estates you are looking for.

I have an apartment with balcony for rent at tai po hong lok yuen, it is at the town centre w/ facilitites such as parkn shop, saloon and etc. It is a low-rise building of 4 floors. My apartment is on the 1st floor and the carpark is on the ground floor. If you are intersted, please pm me.
