I just happened to interview a Mylene and was not impressed. she also did not finish contract, was her last name starts w/ P?

我剛剛個賓叫 Pxxxx Mylene Dxxxxx 佢係 22 Jan 自己自動離職, 因為佢知道我已經請左第2個工人, 唔會再用佢

佢平時成日講大話, 以我所知佢借左2次財務公司, 我已經忍無可忍, 如果你地想知佢多一點既野, 請 pm 我

我知佢會留港14日, 會找新僱主, 因為佢太鐘意 $$ 了

Hi MamaRock,

Just my personal suggestion - never employ the maid who not yet finished contract coz most of most this maid have problem then she can't complete the contract. Their reason always seems reasonable but 99% are not truth . Since my friend who work close to maid agency and she told me this kind of maid can't believe and they always have - e.g. Financial problem, poor working attitude, always in the habit of lie..etc.

Don't truth the maid speaking especially not yet finished contract one - if you have interest to hire any maid - DON"T forget to ring the phone to their ex-boss, very very important. my existing maid also seeking from her ex-boss and until now I still always ring her to know more.

agree! 唔好請唔完約工人呀,,, 佢地10個有9個都好有問題, 唔係偷野就借錢... 請左自找麻煩炸!

I just fired my mail, the name is Mxxxx Maileen Pxxxxxx (same pronounciation of yr name) last working day Jan 28 (work with me 14 months). 26 or 7 years old. Hope is not her. If it is, good luck to you.

Thanks for the advise. I hear you guys, but I have very little luck w/ maids so far... I have a 1 year old at home and work full time. So looking for a helper who has some experience. That's why I have been looking for the ones in HK, who I can actually talk to in person.

Most of the good ones who finished contracts are quickly hired by their employers' friends and family... yes, of course leaving the not so good ones around.

If anyone knows of any good ones, please let me know.

我又講下我件衰賓事件簿先:

初初我覺得我隻賓好好架, 揍我兩件都好好, 漸漸佢就開始衰, 又借 $$, 又偷野, 仲越偷越多, 佢事隔幾日後, 佢都驚, 囉番出來, 漸漸, 佢又變得聰明, 運走喇

有一次明明發現係佢裝衫既袋裹找出我同我個囡 d 物品, 佢都可以唔認, 話呢個袋唔係佢行李, 佢只係放係樹先

又有一次, 我話再找不出, 我要扣佢 $300, 跟住不出3分鐘, 佢囉番出黎, 話我個囡(未夠2歲), 自己張年衫放入袋, 跟住收埋

又成日講大話, 又成日傾電話, 又次俾我個仔校車媬姆話我知, 我隻衰賓, 一隻手抱住我個囡, 一隻手拖住我個仔, 仲可以一隻耳夾住個電話過馬路......我將呢件事同番佢講, 佢例排唔認, 話要同媬姆對質

夏天時, 日日一早帶我個仔去樓下曬太陽, 佢自己就係樹傾計, 攪到主任打電話同我講, 話我個仔日日件衫濕晒, 返學會凍親........:cry: :cry:

我都勁架喇, 忍左佢咁多個月

基本上, agent 實會講到個工人無嘢既. 不過, 呢位mylene, 真係搞到金媽, 心力交瘁, 我地之前都勸金媽, 俾多次機會佢, 因為, 人在異鄉, 佢又要還債, 唔好炒.

不過, 最終, 機會俾就俾左, 工人姐姐就繼續..... 之前金媽講果D, 我唔repeat 啦.

大家唔想捉隻老鼠入米缸, 就自己小心d啦.

This world is so small.

That Mylene is your maid, i am sure! her last name is the same. and her last day in HK is 4 Feb.

Her agency now is Topman Asia Limitxx, in Central. I am not sure if she can register in a number of agencies at the same time though.

Even before I read your reply, we decided not to interview her becoz we do not like maid that breaks contract!

金毛B媽, thanks for sharing. Not to upset you more.
When asked when she broke her contract, she explained that her employer always go through her bag when she goes out. Also the employer will always look through her room. And she doesn't like it because it violates her privacy.

Was already thinking to myself that she must be suspicious to make her employer to be so cautious. Afterall, who has the time and effort to always check the maid stuff....

講真, 平時要返工, 放工返緊又要教仔做功課, 邊樹得閒左 check, 又 check 野咩, 係日漸發覺, 我找咩, 無咩, 問佢, 佢又例牌話唔知, 我先check 下有無偷, 唉............

佢都煩左我好耐了, 佢走, 俾左我一個解脫
