I thing if some community or government can take care our employer lost, make more regulation to the maidor some law if the maid cant finish the contract cant not got another visa approval , if the maid have the probation period just like us otherwise if they cant finish the work within 3 moths they will not get the return tickects . Since many cases found that the maid performance and attitude was very very poor and the agent and labour dept cant help us.
It was totally lost our government, Immigration and the employer time and money. It is fair and prevent our employer. Hope all of you agree and support this suggestion
