My littly girl 8 months takes 2 times congee (around 1pm & 6pm) + 3 times milk daily. Sometime we give her some snack such as fruits (apple, orange) or biscuit.
my bb is having 1 congee, 1 cereal and 3 milk per day. some cereal claims to have "no added sugar", it may be better as we also afraid too much sugar for her but cereal seems contain lots of vitamins.
we give her water only, so do we need to give her some juice?? as I'm afraid drinking juice then will not drink water
