If he can make a profit of 300萬 , then the selling price of his flat is almost 600萬 (assume he bought it at 2003 for 300萬). Can he 租回原本的單位 at only 14000 per month???? I think it should be around 20000 or more for the market price.
Then, he should sell it. And then get the 400萬 profit to buy 2 flats in 深井such as 豪景 102x sq ft at 22x 萬each. Then 租 for around 9k monthly each(market price). i.e. 18k 收入monthly!

我之前只係覺得佢個停車塲起得好遠,要泊完車行到隻狗禁先返到屋企,因為I have 2 kids, 會好辛苦!
不過我好鐘意豪景d房間,係超大,真係放埋張sofa係主人房都重有位剩...
吾怪之得,用同一價$,可以住double or even triple size 既屋,原來要比好大代價!
