Remember I told you I was facing the same problem? Yesterday the ultrasound shows that bb grew >0.5lb in a week ah! Have you started maternity leave? If you see a private dr, he/she may prescribe you sick leave so that you can take naps (my Dr did). Stress at work can be the biggest hindrance.
Another thing that may help is the sleeping position- it's said that the blood flow is the best if you sleep sideway on your left side. My Dr said it's ok if you just roll a towel and put under your right hip/waist to tilt your body; since it's more comfy I did this for a while, but found that it may not be as good for the baby. So last week I switched back to the tiring left-side pose and now have some progress.
Also keeping a good mood will grow the bb. I found that my bb grows faster when my husband is on holiday (X'mas and Chinese New Year). So ask for your husband's support!
