Dogs bark everyday. PLs advse whereto complaints besides Management Office. Because it's besides my house, so noisy.but private building.

Can any one tell me where to complain about a barking dog besides going to the management office. I lived in a private building and there is a dog that bark all day long.

大廈公契喺咪可以養狗？唔得的話可以釘契，但若對方係業主佢唔打算賣樓，釘唔釘契對佢無影嚮。咁只可民事訴訟。

you can call police, not 999, the police office in your area.

噪音可以根據NCO向環保處投訴，其實打1823就得。

識網友只限吹下水、交換下資訊、發揮網力，邊個認真就邊個輸。

Really, if its OK that's easy. Bec the dog bark for a while before morning everyday.
We dont want to let the Management Office know we are the one complaining.

Thank you so much. I will call 環保處投訴 whether they will accept or not.
Bec I call the nearest police. They just write down case and said if they will arrange the time to come bec of 佔中, 唔够人手.
