which seriouse no. ? it is made in Japan one or not ? they got two serious .. one made in Japan .. and the other one is not ..

I am using the not made in Japan one .. ok ar .. and they help us to tune TV and teach us how to clean the TV and they will collect the box after one week ..the box can't put in little bin !
