Can I bring 剪刀 (for cutting food to children) with me ? Will they be kept by Security Guard in Airport ?

Yes. If you bring by hand carry, they will not allow you to bring to aircraft. Last time, they kept it in the security and I need to take back when I returned to Hong Kong. If you put in the check-in luggage is no problem.

Take the plastic one with you. Otherwise no choice has to put into check in luggage.
