Yes, physically, the recovery for c-section is slower than natural delivery, but for c-section, the good thing is you can plan your time (I actually went to hair salon to wash my hair before going to the hospital that day). secondly, there is almost no pain at all, cos I was taking pain killer after.
Yes, I was breastfeeding for 11 month, and my bb didn't get any sickness at all until around 15 months, and it was very minor sickness , so I think breastfeeding is really good for the baby.

I had 全人奶 for the 1st 6 mth as my naughty daugther didn't like to take from bottle, and then I start to give her some formula since 6 mth. So the transition to full-formula feed was not that hard for me.
