姐姐新黎叫我幫佢買電話，如果買sim 打idd 好貴，佢會用手提打返去，如果買儲值卡加sim , 係咪都一樣？定係再有平d?

my aunty have some sort of card for calling over seas./. u need to ask the newspaper shop .. they have it around 40-50$ , can talk quite long ka.. will b cheaper than sim card or IDD
