My boy is 2+ years old. He doesn't like using the pull-up these few days and insisted to use normal diapers. But i found making him lie down to change the diaper inconvienient. I want to ask if boys's private parts needed to be cleaned every time when changing the diaper or like adults, no need to wipe, before fixing a new piece, cas' I wanna to shorten the 'procedure' of changing the diaper.
