So many people said some maids are playing game to try to make the empolyer to fire her.
How about give her warning letter?
Of course you need to have evidence. Use video camera.
When you asked her to do something which is her job duty, use a video camera to record. If she not to do, then you can have evidence to give her warning letter.
Of course this method only can be used if you have one more family memeber to monitor her.
