I am the first time to employ the maid who take care of a one year old baby and two people.

今日去agent度找overseas maid, 但他們介紹了一位香港現成工人，她說想和現僱主解約, 因為工作太辛苦( 4大人+ bb+不良行動的老人家) , 我問題是此工人同現僱主合作了8 個月.但她主動resign. She need pay the agency again . 工人是否甘蝕底 ??

此工人是否值得請照顧bb呢? Please give a comment.

don't to employ the maid that can not finish the contract.
i just have the experience.and now i am very very
unhappy.
my maid will finish the contract at may.and she introduce
her friend to me. then i had the interview with her.after
the interview that my feeling to her just fair to soso........
and i ask my maid that how her friend think of me.
haha........her friend said that during the interview i havn't smile and i am very strict.
and tonight i asked my maid again because she saw her
today. she said i am not good and she will not work in my
house.and ask my maid to find the other employer to her.
i am very unhappy...........no people will comment me like this.
during the interview with her.i admit i am seriou because i don't want to think working at my home is so easy.
i am afraid my maid talk to her it is very easy to work at my home.........
so i have told her some of my regulations........
may be she want to choice one employer always smile
with her and let her to do everything what she want................................:;pppp: :;pppp:

仲有我 interivew個maid 仲攪笑,佢話當初 contract 只寫咗
照顧一個小朋友及mum and sir.and the mum will alwasys
stay outside (可能公幹).但來港後,她發現原來照顧２個小朋友及mum and sir and the sister of mun.因此佢有些意外呱........
同埋間屋喺三千呎喎.....
原本覺得有Ｄ想請佢,我想我的maid 都唔會点條黑路我呱.
但我Ｄ同事話佢唔得黑苦,及現在佢可以resign from present
emplyer 之後亦可resign from me......
仲有今晚問完自已個maid 後,仲覺得我唔應該請佢.....................

我現在都好驚.我唔知個新工人可唔可以在５月來到........
ヌ唔知個工人好唔好.......唉好担心
來主保守...............

your maid 藉口都是和你差不多，job offer only take care three member , when she came hong kong four adult and bb at home , I think their resign excuse are the same，no further question will be asked.

佢話當初 contract 只寫咗
